Our little group of Melbourne Schmucks has finally introduced the city to seriously, schmick bagels - created and filled with freshness, and serviced with a smile (food and fun is their shtick)! Whether you visit us in-store or have us cater your next event, Schmucks Bagels have got you covered.

Schmooze at your next event without the schlep. Let us keep your breakfast or lunch guests interested, refreshed and focused with a selection of mini or original bagels. Stuffed with seasonal & local fillings, Schmucks will take it from boring boardroom to bangin’ boardroom! All beautifully presented in our custom bagel box to bring a schmirk to your face. We’re not trying to redesign the wheel – we just think it looks better as a bagel.

Schmucks Mini Bagel Boxes offer a selection of sweet & savoury goodness. Feeds 4 to 6 guests (or 9 with our Signature Bagel Box) for a grazing breakfast or lunch.

Brekkie Bagel Box ($82)

• 4 x Blueberry bagel with peanut butter & raspberry jelly
• 4 x Apple Bircher, Goji, toasted seeds & nuts
• 8 x Luv-U-Lox bagel with smoked salmon, creamy cream cheese, pickled red onion, cress, lemon on rye

The Bagel Box ($88)

• 4 x Tumeric roast cauliflower with hummus, lemon-dressed watercress & tomato on a seedy-grain bagel
• 4 x Miso tuna with wasabi peas, Kewpie mayo, pickled ginger, pea shoots & iceberg lettuce on a sesame bagel
• 4 x Free-range smoked chicken, tarragon mayonnaise, capers & pickled carrots on a rye bagel
• 4 x Blueberry bagel with peanut butter & raspberry jelly

Meat Eaters Bagel Box ($88)

• 4 x Free-range smoked chicken, tarragon mayonnaise, capers & pickled carrots on a sesame bagel
• 4 x Slow-braised pork with harissa slaw, tonkatsu & crackling salt on a sesame bagel
• 4 x Thick-cut salted beef with house piccalilli, dijon mustard dressing & sauerkraut on a rye bagel
• 4 x Hickory-smoked beef brisket, Kansas City BBQ sauce, chimichurri, iceberg lettuce & tomato on a seedy-grain bagel

• Be a Schmuck & let us develop 16 of the most perfect bagels, bits & bobs according to your taste. We have a cracking choice of seasonal and locally sourced salads and sweets too, should you wish to mix it up.
