Two very happy Toyota Guests…We live in Cairns and bought a Toyota Certified 2021 Prado GXL….sight unseen.
We were lucky to deal with Jeffrey Helland right from the get-go! Jeff is very professional and a pleasure to do business with - what he promised he delivered.! We are extremely pleased with our Prado and the overall experience. Thanks Jeff and Sci Fleet Toyota. Highly recommended!

Ski Fleet Toyota were sensational to deal with. I purchased a new vehicle from the Kedron branch after being played around with 3 other Toyota shops (Not Ski Fleet).
Ryan the sales rep kept me well informed also with a great deal from start of ordering to delivery all the way.
Finance Lady Tammi was the exact same, very helpful
Always returned calls quite happily as well as keeping me up to date wher the vehicle was in production.
Would I deal with them again?

A really good, decent sales team and service team.
I bought a demo from them, and they treated me with respect and weren't too pushy. I got a good value on my trade in and was really happy overall. Car has now had two services with them and can't complain. They get the service done quickly and efficeicnetly.

This is directed at the service department only. For me personally I would never recommend this organisation. Car went in for service (not a Toyota) and they did not finish it on the day (8hrs), did not inform anyone the vehicle would need to come back the following day. Total disregard for us as the owners and the management at the centre certainly sub-standard. Car goes back the folloiwng day and again they have it for the entire day, no information forthcoming. Found at at the end of day, that rocker cover gasket was replaced although they found a $100 part (timing chain guide) was broken although would not replace. Paid them a nice sum of money and then had to book into [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] to have the rocker cover removed and the part replaced and then pay for another rocker cover gasket. The friendly people at [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] commented they could not believe the Toyota service centre in question would not replace it, especially after having the car two days. My sentiments exactly. Not one of the managers had the guts to call me, instead he wrote out a nice long service letter explaining why they couldn't change a timing chain guide, which is held on by two bolts. They are a joke, unprofessional.

Similar issues with rockers etc, they have ignored our repeated request to repair the issue, after denying it for so long, now ignoring consumer law... unprofessional and unconscionable conduct. I do not recommend them, and I have just bought a Lexus right beforehand! Not happy and will be proceeding through to litigation.

Went into Sci Fleet to buy a new car. We knew what we were after and the staff attempted to accommodate all our needs. The female staff member who handled our query was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. Due to circumstances we were unable to purchase the car we wanted. The staff member then gave us an option "out of the box" and showed us another car. Once we took the car for a test drive we were hooked. Again the female staff member (as well as other staff we had contact with) did everything to help us purchase our vehicle. From the time we walked into this business until we left with our vehicle the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them and their vehicle knowledge was spot on. The only downside (though very small) was there after sales service was lacking. However this was only a minor detraction from an otherwise fantastic sales experience.

I actually look forward to having our car serviced because of this place. You can have you're car serviced on a Saturday, or have a borrow car if you have a service done during the week. When you drop your car off you have access to a lounge with tv and a kitchen equipped with coffee making facilities, toast,biscuits etc. They always have the car serviced within the set timeframe, and are reasonable with their pricing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Contacted Sci-Fleet after speaking to another dealer, the saleslady I spoke to was very confident in her knowledge of the car I wanted to purchase. She clarified any detail she was unsure of & made me feel very comfortable dealing with her. The sales lady was happy to answer any questions I had regardless how little they were. She advised me they may be a 3 week to 3 month wait as I was buying a new car. I received a text message the next day saying she was texting as she knew I would be busy (I am unable to answer my mobile during work hours), she advised me that they had tracked down the car I was after, in the colour I wanted & I could pick it up the next week.
