Jason made the class very interesting and fun! and was happy for us to stay back if we had any concerns or issues.

I decided to complete a Diploma of Project Management course with Scope training because this course is accredited with the Australian Institute of Project Management and is offered in two different formats (blended and remote/fully online). I found the blended format worked really well for me because the workshops that were delivered face-to-face set me on the right track and the individual component completed remotely allowed for flexibility. In addition, I found the course trainer, Jason Yap, approachable, friendly, understanding and generous with his time, both during the face-to-face workshops and telephone consultations. I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking to learn about project management at a high standard!

I have today achieved my formal qualification of BSB1415 Diploma of Project Management through Scope Training. Through the entire course, Jase Yap has been a very approachable instructor. Right from the start when the assessment guide was provided to me, he explained fully the process of the course and what was required from me to gain this qualification. He also discussed questions I had about how to provide RPL evidence of tasks in a practical way. The DropBox to provide evidence was a very convenient way of supply documents to Scope. Even though I have been in roles that involved Project Management in approximately the last 15 years, this Course was good training to bring all my experience together to comply with proper Project Management principles and give me a formal qualification. Jason was always prompt at getting back to me after submitting evidence or with questions that I raised. The cost of the course was very good value and have could not suggest any areas that require improvement in Quality & Service. I would highly recommend Jase Yap and Scope Training for any study you are looking at completing.

Scope Training and in particular Jason Yap were very practical in their advice on how to approach the course and assistance in gathering and identifying applicable RPL evidence. They researched my situation and tailored my study to my level of experience.
The online lectures were expertly directed and informative for real life situations; they hit every milestone precisely. The classes were interactive with students to give a sense of ownership in the process and to relate back to our level of experience; even as a viewer-only participant in some classes, I felt involved as I absorbed the observations of others which helped me retain the important concepts for later recall.
I was surprised how much I already knew but found the interaction and explanations provided by Jason, Nic and Glenn put it all into categories and a perspective I didn’t realise existed although they were there in plain sight. Scope Training provided templates and sample documents which I was able to incorporate immediately into my existing employment situation.
Last but not least, I wish to thank the understanding administrative staff at Scope who were experienced in explaining the process and making sure my reservations or uncertainty had evaporated before first contact with my lecturers.

I have just just completed my Diploma in Project management with Scope Training. My lecturer was Jason Yap.
When I was given the opportunity to complete the course through my work, I was very excited because it finally meant I had the piece of paper to prove my qualifications for the work I have already been doing for many years. The four day face to face intensive workshop was very organised and motivating and set the pace for the home assignments.
Jason was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and he even came out to my work place and spent hours with me going over my project and what I needed to succeed. Jason also marked pieces of my assignment as I submitted which kept me motivated. I was able to attend his office for a number of hours to have one on one mentoring from him.
I can not recommend Jason and Scope Training more highly and I am very grateful for their help and mentoring over this past year.

Jason Yap is an excellent teacher. After having a week in a classroom setting, Jason and I met weekly on the phone to discuss the tasks ahead. Jason was very clear in his explanations and I felt very comfortable in asking him questions.
