If you want results but without the ego-centric environment of other gyms then this is the place. The team is professional, and the gym is exceptionally clean (even the finishing touches such as the available bathroom products) ...I can't fault Sculpture PT at all.

Sculpture PT is a family business; in all senses of the word: Run by a family, for families, with family and community minded team members, and offering services for those who are trying to conceive a family, trying to loose the "baby weight" that comes with raising a family, offering a sanctuary away from the family in "focusing on me and my goals" time, personal training and fitness services for all family members - regardless of their age or current fitness levels - from grandma who wants to increase mental alertness and reduce falls, dad who wants to be less stressed at work, loose his beer belly and get "guns", mum who needs to manage stress and fatigue and prevent osteoporosis, the child who needs to improve fitness to join a sports team, the teenager who needs to manage and refocus the stress of studying.

The trainers sculpture training your current injuries, fitness level, and goals and adapt these as you go along, making sure you never ever get board.

For me - I do NOT like exercise - at all. As an educated person however, I understand the benefits of exercise, and I DO LIKE, intact LOVE and rely on the consequences of exercise, which for me are managing the fatigue of being a shift worker with a family, the stress of being a professional in my employment, improving my mentation in every aspect of my life, improving my strength; so I do not need to "wait for a man" to move that box or piece of furniture, and importantly, to help me balance and offset my L O V E of food.

Sculpture PT's method of operation are perfect for me, they schedule appointments so that even when I am "too tired to exercise" I have to go! Having a Personal Trainer makes me accountable, and means I am optimising my time with guidance and instruction in every attendance, and meaning I will not get hurt or intimidated or loose focus and "just go home." I feel so proud getting stronger and stronger and healthier and healthier. And the trainers are SO FUN! So fun. They make the time at the gym enjoyable as well as efficacious.

Oh and they also run regular social events so you can meet new people!
