I initially booked three companies to give me a quote for renovating three barth rooms (and other small jobs in the house). Steve was the first person to come on-site. After briefly chat with him, I decided to cancel all other appointments. It is because I found Steve is very professional, a great communicator, and an honest person. He provides useful ideas and solutions to my requirement as I have one barth room that needs to be done as wheel-chair accessible (must meet OT requirements), but I don't want it to looks like a hospital bathroom. He came up with a flexible plan that in future, we could easily transform the bathroom into a modern bathroom when wheel-chair access is no longer needed. I also found Steve has great design taste, knowing what's in trend and what to do to add value to your house. I have entirely left all the "worries" to him; the only thing I did was to choose the colours. Now the work has completed; I am more than happy with the result. Steve still calls in to check if there were any small defects to get his team coming to fix them. This shows Steve runs a genuine business, not cutting corners. I highly recommend Steve's company to do the renovation work; I will surely use him again when other projects come up.

Steve Built a 6 meter deck on my place. His quote was accurate and any extras were at my request. He turned up on time every day till completion. He takes pride in his work and his workmanship is faultless. Will be getting him back for future Reno’s. Thanks Steve.

Stephen and the SE Team provided affordable quotes, top quality workmanship and excellent information throughout the whole process of our construction. Steve and his team completed a complete home renovation and extension for us. From the quote through to the hand over Steve was polite, professional and super easy to get along with. Nothing was to hard for him or his guys and he spent countless hours with me explaining or changing this as they went. Steve redesigned our indoor and outdoor kitchen. He worked with us right through from the early design ideas. He has a great eye for design and new renovation ideas. Steve also built the deck around our pool, added a extra room to our house by simply reconfiguring the layout of the house. Excellent job!
