David was on time, honest and very professional. He was very thorough diagnosing the problem with my freezer not sealing, explained everything to me and replaced the broken part quickly. I called David to come and replace the seal on my freezer, after Seal-A-Fridge didn't even bother to return my call when I left a message for them. He was able to fit me in three days later, and called me prior to leaving to confirm all was still OK with the appointment.
It turns out that the problem was that the freezer door was bent, not that there was a problem with the seal. David dealt with the problem quickly and easily, bending the door back into place and putting in new magnets at the top of the door. He was also clear and upfront on what the price difference would be ($165 instead of the $125 he quoted me for seal replacement). Thanks David!
