I was 4 months post natal and had sudden Acute back/leg pain. I felt pain with all day to day activities, including holding and feeding bubs :-(. Peony treated me and I felt relief after just one session and continued to feel better after all subsequent sessions. Stretches and massage treatment have really helped my symptoms. Baby is now almost 6 months and am able to enjoy time with him, and feed him and hold him in comfort!

I found this really expensive and didn't feel like I got a lot out of it. I paid $150 for the initial consultation, another $30 for a belly tubing that I was advised I needed and than I was offered to come in for a "trial" pregnancy Pilates class. When I was about to leave the class I got stopped and asked to pay - when I mentioned I thought it was a "trial" class I was told that I still had to pay for it which was not the impression I was initially given. I do clinical Pilates at another osteopath but wanted to try pregnancy Pilates and being able to compare it to another similar service - I know I definitely did not get my moneys worth.

Approximate cost: $200

sk11, I am the new owner of this practice, it changed hands about 2 months ago. Sorry to hear you had a negative experience at Seasons of LIfe last year. There have been a lot of changes since then. If you would like to come and see our relaunched premises and try out one of our classes I would happily offer you a free class. Just message me Kind regards Sue Carlin

I started seeing Fiona after the birth of my daughter. I have found her to be very personable and have been more then satisfied with the service. She is extremely competent and makes you feel at ease during exercises that might otherwise be very uncomfortable :) I can highly recommend Fiona's classes/consultations.

I'm so happy to be in Fiona's Funky Mama Aqua and Belliates & Stretch classes. They're an opportunity for me to connect and share laughs with other mums-to-be and new mums, while keeping fit throughout my pregnancy. I've learned how to take better care of myself when exercising - fostering stronger pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, breathing properly, caring for my back and ensuring I'm using correct technique. Participating in these classes has made my pregnancy experience more enjoyable and I believe I'll also have a better labour and birth as well. I started taking classes at about 22 weeks and my only regret is not taking them sooner!

Approximate cost: $210 for 10 classes

I started attending Fiona's classes after the birth of my son, and have continued ever since (I am now into my second pregnancy). The benefits of attending regular classes have been excellent. I stopped attending for a small period during a time of family difficulties and i noticed the rapid decline in my pelvic floor. I am now back attending classes and am receiving the benefits of regular classes again.

The classes are small, personal, and tailored to suit each persons ability. Fiona is friendly, caring and always makes time to attend to your needs, both in and outside of class times.

I can highly recommend Fiona's classes to you.

Fiona saw me through my second pregnancy with pelvic instablity and through about 9 months post-natally. She helped me retain movement that I don't think would have been possible without her specialised exercise sessions. She doesn't make you do anything that is not suitable for pregnant women, those with pelvic instability or other problems. I've attended the pram walkers, aqua-mums and the pelvic instability class. All have been great.

The sessions are also a great way to socialise with other mums. If you have private extras health cover you can also claim some back.

I thoroughly recommend her training programs. She's a great person too! Just don't forget to do those pelvic floors!!

I discovered Fiona's aqua class half way through my pregnancy. It was the perfect outlet to relax and do gentle exercise suited to my needs.
It was a social and fun environment which i looked forward to each week.
Following the birth of my first child I attended the pilates/stretching classes which enabled me to gain the strength and flexibility i once had.
Fiona is kind, patient and knowledgeable. The classes are small and are tailored to the individual participants and provides usefully feedback.
I have recommended her services to many of my friends who have become pregnant.
I'll be returning to see Fiona when I fall pregnant again.

I started classes with Fiona during my pregnancy and found them to be fantastic and I always felt much better after the classes. Fiona is extremely easy to deal with and provides personal attention to everyone in the class. It also gives you peace of mind that the classes are run by a qualified physiotherapist so you are in safe hands. I am still doing the classes now after the birth of my baby and am finding them just as valuable now as they were during my pregnancy

The post-natal aqua classes run by Fiona at Seasons of Live have helped me regain strength, flexibility and fitness after a very difficult pregnancy. She is able to give individual attention in class and can customise the exercises for each person's ability level. I always feel so good after the class. It's also fun meeting other pregnant women and mums in class!
