Andrew was extremely generous with his time. He resolved the issue with my car seatbelts and provided professional advice in regard to booster seats.

I am a very pedantic fitter by trade and do almost everything myself except this one was beyond me. Posted my seat belt Tuesday afternoon as we are remote NSW. They got it mid morning Thursday, I had it back Friday morning. Absolutely perfect. No issues, excellent turn around and service. Seriously recommend these guys as they are Aussie professionals! AAA+++ in all aspects. Very fair on price compared with hit and miss from the wreckers.

two dealings first took 1 week made both belts too short and fittings incorrect despite having correct sample. Client could not use his vehicle . returned for urgent repair . they received Tuesday told expressed posted back Wednesday. three calls later trying to get tracking no. (Friday)
told not done he was busy only one pair of hands and will get around to it when he can.would give no time frame. Rang following Wednesday as had heard nothing told not yet sent . asked hem to be returned finished or not. received as client threating legal action. .3 weeks without vehicle.

Dealt with them via phone and email. Ordered the part online.
They sent the wrong part, (Error in manufacturing, mislabelled)
Took too long for a return postage bag.
Staff was rude after I complained to Paypal and they refused a refund.

Cheapest place to get replacement/ refurbished seatbelts! They helped me within 2 minutes of arriving, I didn't even get time to pat the dog before the parts were ready and I was out the door!

I was rapt with the service, they are mobile in two vans but I went to their workshop which was clean and professional, exactly what I wanted to see from people installing child restraints.

Prices were great, they had everything in stock so no waiting.
They also come to you in their vans and I will be recommending them to any young parents
