Good yummy dumplings and noodles. Really great food for very low cost. We were very happy to come here and left feeling very full.

I'm addicted to dumplings! And Shanghai Village doesn't disappoint. Dumplings are always lovely and fresh and deceptively filling.

Yummmmmmmmmm is all I can say. I always leave this place feeling so satisfied, the dumplings are so tastey and the service is super quick.

Environment is clean and warm. Service is excellent and quick. They service typical Chinese dumpling with reasonable price. There are other Chinese dishes for example, Beef noodle, Wanton noodle, all pretty good.

I am yet to find a dumpling restaurant I enjoy more than this one. It is always packed, most of the time I have to wait for a table, however once you're in they get you your food ASAP. The dumplings are so fresh and the skins are lovely and thin. They also do other dishes really well, I'm a fan of their salt and pepper calamari, and their sweet pumpkin cakes. This place is cheap and worth travelling to the city for.

I recently went, and can understand now why the place is so popular and well spoken of. The atmosphere is just very authentic, with that buzzing vibrancy and cheer that is present of any middle class yum cha establishment. Secondly, the yum cha menu (or offering rather) is vast. The dumpling menu itself is an essay, without consulting the vegetarian options, fried delights, and of course sweet delights. And you can afford to sample a lot too, so long as the stomach agrees, given the affordable price point.

The roast duck and fried dumplings are to die for!
Service is fast, and the food comes as it is ready, usually not all together. the dishes are all so cheap. under $10 for a plate of dumplings. fried rice is delicious too, and the crispy fried chicken is one of my favourites. Chinese tea and water are complimentary, and available for self-service. the restaurant is small and nothing flash but the food speaks for itself.
