WILL NEVER BUY/ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! DO NOT BE FOOLED! Terrible customer service from the manager. We had an issue with our UberEats order and called to rectify and the manager wouldn’t even let us speak and just kept shouting over us and then hung up.
We ordered 2 x serves of 5 onion rings and they only sent 1 x 5 onion rings and this isn’t the first time and they wrote us a note trying to say we only ordered and paid for 2 onion rings and not 2 x serves of 5. then when we called, the manager changes her mind and tell us we’ve only paid for 5 onion rings... clearly has no idea what she’s doing and is trying to cover her tracks.. also, we didn’t even get the chance to mention we had wrong sauce come with our order also. we have the receipt showing the proof of all of this!

The best fish and chip shop in the area. Fresh, not too greasy. Great service. Ocassionally have been disappointed when they have sold out of something but they are always apologetic. Great service.

Bought dinner from here Sunday night. The fish and chips were even better than before. A large piece of fish with a yummy batter (not greasy) and great chips (no bits mixed in). The staff are always friendly. They get our order done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. It is even quicker if you ring before with your order. And they always add extra potato cakes (nice surprise)

I have bought fish and chips from here. I had the flounder which was yummy and not greasy. The service was quick and efficient and the staff are friendly. The food was very nice and the place is very clean. Didn't have to wait forever for the order.

Amazing Fish and chips. Best in cranbourne by far. Clean, great quality and awesome staff. Has to be the best around by far. I love the chips and their potato cakes are homemade.

This place opened up earlier this year, and I think it does the best take away in the Springhill shops. I also think they do the best chips in Cranbourne. We've had their fish and crabsticks, potato cakes, chicken kebabs and vegie burger. All have been good. The place is sparkling clean and the staff are polite.
