I had a knife set of Mundial knives that were basically butter knives. They were chipped and 2 of the knives had broken the tips off. Sharpen Up put a brand new edge on the knife and reshaped the broken ones brilliantly, they even hand sharpened my serrated bread knife. Nicole was happy to show me their setup and I was impressed with the machine they use.
They charged a little more than the others but I think it was worth it for the quality and professionalism
