As soon as I dropped my car off they were super, all they were concerned about was trying to help and not rip me off. My car was fairly beaten up and they did an amazing job from the inside to the outside, I was given a rental car for free to use for a whole week. I would go back anytime and definitely would recommend anyone to go there, a bloke by the name of Sam was super with helping me out. 5/5 stars!

I am writing this review with a great appreciation for the way Sheen Kensington handles their business. From the time I drove up to the premises which is very well signed and bright/clean, the Sheen vehicles which are very clean & shinny (you know you are going to drive a well kept vehicle).
Then before enter the premises I was greeted by Amanda the front of shop administrator with a genuine smile and a welcoming introduction. She knows whats going on and makes it easy to communicate and arrange to have all the necessary forms completed.
Then I meet Ben who made the whole process of getting my co. vehicle repaired, I felt that he was all in control of the situation; he was clear and informative of the whole process.
The vehicle that I was given to drive so that i could keep my daily routine going was very clean & was given information on the vehicle, even to make sure that the e-tag was installed properly.
I would have no hesitation in giving a highly graded recommendation to be with and use Sheen Kensington.

Dropped the car off for some panel work after I had a minor accident, they gave me a loan car for the week. Picked my car up at the appointed time and it was spotless - they'd fixed everything I'd asked them to and done more. The car was spotless inside and out AND they'd left a box of Roses chocolates on the front seat.
