Wife & I got a free nights stay at Novatel Parramatta. Came up from Canberra for the weekend. Went for a walk down Church St looking for a good place to go for dinner.
Unfortunately, we couldn't get into Crinitti's without a substantial wait. Went across the road and went to Sicilian. Had lots of people in there.
I had a beer of course, wife just had water (we weren't even driving).
For entree, we had the salt & pepper calamari - vey tender and quite nice.
I had a pizza (of course) which was ok, not outstanding. Wife had a pasta dish with seafood. She did ask for extra extra chilli and they failed to provide. Pasta wasn't nice at all.
Service was ok. Won't be going back.

I come here with my friends and it is always packed with people. I love Italian food, but my favourite here is the mocktails and the wall decorated and filled with bottles of wine. Reminds me of my trip to Italy.

This place looked busy and decor was nice. So we decided to drop by for dinner one Saturday night. It was not a very busy night- only about 35% capacity. Interior was nice- well furnished, good mood lighting. But greatly let down by the service. Wait staff stood around, but didn't come to take our order. I tried to make eye contact. Even standing up did not attract any attention. Ended up having to walk over to the counter to make our order. Had to ask again for table water, which they forgot. Food came reasonably quickly. We ordered a vegetarian and margarita pizza. Taste was ok but price is not justified by the food and service.

It was a pleasant evening for the most part. food was of high quality and the pasta was divine. The interior is unique and very spacious. Luckily we didn't have to book or wait for a table. Only thing is, their meals can be very pricey...staff were not always attentive to requests, which was a shame.

Stopped here for lunch with my boyfriend and shared a pizza. Fantastic food made with fresh ingredients. The service was lovely and professional and the restaurant itself is clean and well-presented. Happy to visit again next time I'm in the area.

We went here on Wednesday for dinner and we had a good time. I had the best salad ever. We shared, Chargrilled marinated chicken breast served on roasted sweet potato mash with a ham and mushroom infused white wine cream sauce , Slow roasted lamb rump marinated with rosemary, garlic and black pepper skewered and served with a creamy garlic and red pepper infused sauce with mash potatoes, and Penne Campagnia. Just yummy and price was reasonable. We had a great time.

We have been to Sicilian Restaurant a few times now for lunch, dinner and work functions and parties. Located right in the heart of Parramatta and offers great food, cocktails, wine and coffee and the desserts are pretty nice too.

We often try and come for lunch after shopping in nearby Westfield Parramatta, we love the bruschetta or don chiccio pizza which comes with italian sausage, garlic, tomatoes, onions, basil and minus the chilli. The haloumi salald and salt and pepper calamari are delicous here too. We usually order the kids a "kids meal" of either nuggets, calamari or spaghetti bolognese which all come served with chips, an ice-cream and a drink.

Food has always been good here, at times while to arrive due to how busy the restaurant is , staff are friendly and have always been attentive when we bring the kids. Good tucker and will be back!
