We wanted a new toilet installed in our main bathroom but felt it would be tooo frustrating for us to tackle it after the issues we had with our ensuite. I called and arranged a day and time and he was punctual. It did end up being a bit more of an issue than first thought and he spent over 3 hours working on it. Very happy with the result.

After calling many plumbers and not really get much of a response, saying maybe they could come out tomorrow and their rates were unbelieveable. I am so glad I found Mark, a really nice down to earth guy who took his time to explain what our problem was and how he was going to fix it. Not only that, I called him at 9.30am today and he managed to squeeze us in and fix it at 2.30pm. Very reasonably priced and certainly very fast efficient service.

Within 30 minutes of arriving, the problem was fixed and we were most grateful.

If we are ever in need again (I certainly hope we are not) we will definitely be giving him our business.
