Took a top in to get a small hole repaired. I flagged that it was a delicate fabric and needed care when repairing: They destroyed it with sloppy repair work - the area they were repairing was completely shredded by the machine stitching (I asked for it to be repaired by hand) creating several more holes and further weakening the delicate fabric.

I received no apologies from the assistant, she just gave me a flat-look as she passed over the receipt and asked when I want the top back by...

I'm really disappointed and frustrated as it looks like a great business (In a super convenient location) but it delivers really poor results when it comes to tailoring - I won't be going back.
