Sam fitted new washers to all taps that needed it. Replaced 2 outdoor taps with easy to use 1/4 turn taps and extended 1 of these further from wall. Previously Steve had come to emergency - tap that wouldn't turn off and replaced 2 other washers while he was there. Always on time, always reasonable prices, always professional. Friendly but no sales patter or unnecessary chit-chat, they just do their job well. These guys are so good that I'm not sure I'm being very smart in recommending them, in case they get too busy:)
