Great for a blow dry - cheaper than salons but just as good in my experience. Customer service was great - friendly, and they listen to what you want.

One of the worst experiences i have had in a hair salon, came to get my hair done, was not happy with the service was told to come back by the kiwi manager in charge, she then charged me an extra 150$, i should not have had to pay. her customer service was very abrupt and rude, i was atsnoished. Her dress sense was sloppy and un proffessional did not like her attitude at all, iv been in a few times and wanted a blow dry and she knocked me back because she she was leaving early i noticed as i was shopping in myer she got her hair done instead of paying customer.
