not to classy, it was ok, i guess ,but if u want to go for the whole works, cut,color,blow dry, u need to feel welcomed, my friend and i went there, she had herhair done, she could have gotten better deal, but its not to bad, i would not go back to take my friend there,

Despite asking for a particular colour, I received something totally different. The staff seemed more concerned about gossiping to one another than listening to what I wanted done. One hairdresser in particular was so loud (over the top loud!) that I couldn't possilby feel relaxed throughout the entire two hours that I was at the salon. I ended up leaving with wet hair despite a blow dry being part of the price of my cut/colour!
Very poor service - will definatley not be going back. Very disappointing when you pay so much money to find that rather than feeling pampered, you feel as though you had to 'endure' the process.
