I have been coming here for a long time! We used to have our inter-school swimming carnivals here... and I'm almost 40!

Great complex which offers so much more than aquatics! There's a velodrome, BMX track and weightlifting centre, as well as the pools and diving facilities.

Hugely popular and for good reason.

I was recommended this sports centre by my O.T. I'm in a wheelchair and they have pools that are easily accessible so it was a real relief to get back in the water. It's a huge complex and lovely and clean. Staff are very helpful.

Sleeman Sports Complex is a phenomenal facility located on acres and acres of land. Facilities include the Brisbane Aquatic Centre which is said to be Brisbane's premier swimming complex; BMX Supercross Track; State Weightlifting Centre; Dry Diving Training Hall; Chandler Velodrome; H20 FITNESS; Chandler Theatre; Gymnastics Training Hall; and the newly opened Chandler Lodge & Cabins.

As someone who is not much of a sportsperson, my favourite part of the Sleeman Complex is the Chandler Gardens. These free facilities are located on 30 hectares of native bushland and include ponds, picnic areas and electric BBQs. It's a great place to take the family for a weekend picnic.

I have been here both for school swimming carnivals and just as a member of the public with my nieces and nephews to use the pools. They have lap pools, diving pools, and kids' pools. heated and unheated pools, water slides, everything! Very good for a day out with little ones =)

I joined the Sleeman Sports Complex this year for a gym membership and it is fantastic. The membership covers use of the gym, use of the pool and all exercise classes. I love this place for wide selection of different aqua and gym classes to chose from. I don't use the gym facility however so I'm unsure of the quality of machines there, but this place has a very low gym membership fee!!!!
