Professional and quick turn around.
Martin completed an extremely accurate building inspection and spent the time to explain all his findings clearly. The reports was detailed and easy to read and included photographs and thermal imaging when needed. He advised us of maintenance issues that we weren't aware of and also provided recommendations on how to address the issues.
We were very happy with the service. Highly recommended!!

The thoroughness of the inspection completed was outstanding and it certainly highlighted some issues we did not know existed with the property.
The quality of the report was excellent with all issues explained in detail and clear photographs supporting each issue, along with recommendations for repair.
