Smarter Outdoors were recommended by a work colleague and fellow shift worker who had just had roller shutters installed. I have had 3 roller shutters installed to my bedroom and I am very happy with every aspect of dealing with this company. Tiarn in the office is very friendly, professional and organised. My windows were quickly measured and a quote provided. The delays in having the shutters installed were all down to me and my partners work schedules. At no time was I pressured into agreeing an inconvenient installation date and Tiarns’ patience was greatly appreciated. On installation day the installers arrived at the agreed time and approximately 1 hour later the job was complete.
The shutters look great, the remote is so easy to operate and I’m sleeping more soundly.

We contacted Smarter outdoors for a quote on 4 roller shutters. They attended the property and measured and quoted on the spot. We had also contacted another company for a quote. Smarter were way more competitive on their pricing. Two weeks later our new shutters were installed. We were give a great handover by the team who installed the. A great experience from this company. Great price for roller shutters. I have to say, the Admin lady, Tiarn, is the star of the company. She is a great communicator between client and installer. Tiarn guided me with wifi manual and went through the wifi installation with me. A great asset for Smarter Outdoor to have such a versatile staff. I will definitely recommend Smarter Outdoor to my friends.
