I wouldn't recommend Smartfix they charge an extraordinary high cost for work and with me I gave a deposit to them for a new toilet ( only got the bowel) and connecting up plumbing in kitchen they wanted $6100 for it so after considering it I decided not to go with them they had put toilet bowl in I paid a deposit $2244 I asked for it back minus for putting the toilet in and they asked me for $768 on top of my deposit for the work I refused to the extra and ask for my deposit back minus 768 for the toilet and they refused my advice is be very careful dealing with them I'm not exactly sure high they sleep at night

Had my hot water system replaced , these two tradesmen were excellent at listening and explaining what needed to happen , but also when a hiccup occurred with finding the hot water pipe , I suggested what might be the problem because of work that had previously been done on the property .
They listened to what I had suggested ,could be the issue and the problem was solved . Go team . The thing is when you go onto someone property ,you don’t know the history of the scope of works that has previously been carried out . Something that could have taken a very long time to solve ended up much quicker , because they didn’t discount me or my thoughts on the problem .
It was a win win .
I think communication is paramount to a happy ending , so I would ask for FRAZER and BRANDYN to quote your job at least that way you will totally understand what’s to happen and the cost .
Nothing is worse than feeling like your not heard
and then feeling uncomfortable wondering if your going to receive what you discussed .

Although their work was satisfactory, they charged me over $400 per hour for a plumber and boasted about not charging any call-out fees. With such exorbitant rates, it's understandable that they don't need to charge a call-out fee. On top of that, they even insulted me when I refused to accept their discount offer in exchange for removing my negative review. I can only imagine how many other negative reviews have been removed by them through similar bullying tactics."

Prompt reliable service. James and Taj were polite and professional. They got the job done. I will definitely use Smartfix again for all electrical work.

Andy M and Andy V were very professional, they were on time, polite, efficient and they tidied up afterwards. They also checked the oven was working. Also the service gave me a quote and were able to install the oven the next day which was fantastic. I have used smartfix once before so i sincerely recommend them.

Not a great experience. Had a semi-blocked kitchen sink. A team member came out and didn't touch a thing, but that's ok. Then quoted "89" for pipe clean. Not really impressed as most other quoted from google would expect the job to be between $240 and $365. So, I'm not sure on the business model, "less jobs @ 3 x price" = good profits? But not for me. Only 2 x stars as the service system used works well and provides updates as needed. The final fix was a mate who popped over with the Jetta tool and did the job in well under 1hr. The actual work from smartfix could likely be fine, but I don't like the business model.

I would like to say a huge thankyou to Kayne and Aaron for prompt service with regards to fixing the problem I had with my toilet. I was every impressed at all stages of this, including phone message to let me know that they were on their way this morning. The two plumbers were both very friendly and courteous and left absolutely no mess. New split system installed as a result of Insurance claim. Probably more expensive than needed to be, but Angelo did a good neat job. However his side kick didn't bother to clean up dust from drilling wall inside.

I phoned these guys for a gas hot water system replacement, they came in literally giving me rediculours amount $2600, then they said I need to get rid a working solar unit. I objected to this but they said it's going to cost me alot because their technician has already removed it.

Why remove what is not broken, a gas hot water system costs in the lover $1000, why charge me 1500 on labour when it is not a new installation but replacement.. Non of my pipes where licking before why they are licking after. why not reuse the existing pipes instead of deliberately removing and cutting everything for not reason

I will pay them their money just so I don't have to deal with them ever
