One thing I will give them is they are friendly and easy to deal with, especially the manager [Redacted personal identifier], he was very helpful and really wanted to sort out my issues, however my car went back SEVEN times to be fixed because the quality of the work was horrendous!!! In fact even after SEVEN times it is still [Redacted inflammatory comment] quality!! They also charged my insurance company for parts they didn't even replace. My nightmare has been going on for 10 months and it is still not over!!
Try and avoid at any cost!!

I had my car fixed after a major accident and the job was fantastic. Being a new car I was worried that they couldn't match the paint but they perfected it. Another bonus was that I was supplied a hire car for the whole time it was getting repaired.

Service from time I stepped in the door great and the assessor advised me, he sore great workmanship.

Friendly and professional staff. Didn't have to go through different people each time I called as with RACV. Having a hire car with no questions asked was great. So nice not to have to do anything myself. Car took a little longer than I would have liked to be fixed but I guess, given the number of public holidays this month, this was to be expected. Overall very pleased with service and would recommend them.
