Did 10K damage to my car. They admitted that they damaged my car, but said they would not repair. Not their problem. Refused to return any calls and said damage wasn’t enough according to their T and C’s.

Absolutely disgraceful. Read all the terrible reviews this company has. So many damaged cars and constantly refusing to do the right thing. I challenge anyone to come find a review where they damaged a car and did the right thing…not once.

Repeat DO NOT EVER USE SMB TO TRANSPORT A CAR. I learnt the hard way and it’s cost me over 10K in repairs.

Had the worst experience with this company. Not only did I receive the car 3 months later that expected, one of their drivers crashed my car into another, then were not the slightest bit apologetic (direct quote - they said, “these things happen”). It took forever to get the car back because they were tying to get out of paying for it. Poor communication and zero customer service. Useless.

A subcontractor driver has crashed into my vehicle and has then proceeded to drive off. I have tried to contact the company numerous times re the incident, however I get no response. No sure how this is an example of 'exceptional customer service', considering my partner is also using your company to transport another vehicle. I definitely will not be using your company again.

My car was damaged by the transport driver. SMB took no responsibility for breaking my electric window control and taped my window up in plastic and tape. When I dropped the car off the windows were all up and in working order. When I picked the car up the window control pad was broken. I have been ignored and ripped off by SMB.

Reliable and perfect!
We provide vehicles for Film and TV and when we needed several vehicles being iX35's moved from Queensland to Sydney without damage or delay for a feature film SMB yet again operated flawlessly. They actually delivered three days earlier than the date promised. Could not recommend them any more highly.

Brilliant customer service in vehicle transport!
I had my car picked up in Adelaide and delivered in Sydney to the SMB Depot. It was on time and on budget. They even arranged to deliver the car from their depot to my home with just one phone call and at late notice they still got it to me the following day. 5 stars!

Only issue I had was difference in price between sending and receiving to Perth
