I just can't recommend this team highly enough. I've just been through a dental implant procedure and I'm delighted with the results and the whole process (and this is from someone who endured school dental services in the late 70s and 80s......PTSD perhaps).
Dr Moataz Elgammal made the whole experience interesting and painless. I felt such confidence in him from the first meeting and I was not disappointed. I have such respect for his manner and skills.
In particular, during the very final crown fitting I had a bit of an anxious moment. I want to thank him and Dr Shayda for their care, skill and patience. Just outstanding.

They don't do thorough checkup either intentionally or unintentionally and I ended up losing an important back tooth because of their negligence, I found other existing issues that they didn't tell me about like a tooth decay and an enamel damage to another tooth which is causing lot's of sensitivity, Only found out when I visited another dentist. It's a business driven practice not health driven.

I hate going to the Dentist..... but these guys are something different. A warm welcome when you arrive from the reception staff. Your technician comes and personally greets you and takes you to the consulting rooms. Very modern and state of the art equipment used. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Doesn’t smell clinical and as for the treatment on my teeth, second to none. So gentle and empathetic for this nervous “older” patient. Sorted my needs out quickly and efficiently.
Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY

Been going to Smilco for some 10 years now . Originally had a fear of dentists, but thats gone since ive been going here. Front of office staff very helpful also.

the dentists etc are good. cheery and professional. bonus is they have no out of pocket expense for private health members. They are also open long hours to accommodate people working full time.

I was not happy at all with the service here and would not recommend them.
Although I just had my teeth cleaned I was literally screaming in pain but the dentist refused to stop.
A true nightmare

great place if you have private health insurance. you get clean and check up bulk billed, no out of pocket expense. the waiting period for an appointment isnt too bad here

smileco's staff are friendly. the office is nice and modern and clean. easy parking. they aren't too hard to get an appointment with. they cover the gap on most private health cover for general checkup and clean which is great.

This place is OK if you have no serious dental concerns. Even the clean and scale was sub standard. The dentist does not seem to spend a great deal of time with you and it felt like the most basic of dental services.
