5 stars for my wonderful hygienist (forgot her name alas! Young Asian lady with a cheerful, friendly manner). She was truly thorough in cleaning yet gentle at the same time. A truly caring person.
Stars are lower because I have had other hygienists at the clinic who I felt imposed their will on me in terms of adding fluoride without informing me or my consent, causing me to pay extra unnecessarily. A few times the clinic has unnecessarily charged me the full amount instead of claiming the health cover which was a total rip off. The dentists are not as fantastic also forcing me to take X rays without even informing me as soon as I hit the 2 year mark and doing unnecessary drilling for my teeth when it wasn't a major issue. Dentists barely look at my teeth for 2 minutes and are out of there.

My dentist is totally amazing! She is so caring, professional and is considerate of her clients every needs and emotions. I have noticed some of the staff don’t dress to the same very high standard as of a few years ago, which 8 feel is a shame. My reason for this is that the building, fittings and dental care and expertise is second to none in my opinion and I’d like to see the staff presentation same. My opinion. :)

Smile Solutions clerical staff, from Hannah Office Manager and across to all at Reception Levels 1 & 10 have displayed nothing but professionalism when dealing with me and through observation by myself in their dealings with other clientele.
From a dental viewpoint, Dr Ryan Sherry is professional, considered, very capable, obliging; together with a marvellous sense of the comedic.
His dental assistants have changed at times due to covid however Alice is the assistant I have experienced in the main.
She and all others have been in my opinion very professional.
In addition, the rapport between Dr Sherry and his assistants is very reassuring for the patient.
In summary a professional practice from first contact through to finished dentistry and follow up.

I booked today after advice from staff that I could take my teeth pulled out . After consultation , got refused to do it because I told them I wish to get implant elsewhere due to cost difference.

My biggest problem with this practice is the INSANE price.
I needed a convenient, central dentist, and chose this practice against my better judgement..... (I work in customer service where I’ve had the misfortune to deal with [removed word], who was not a nice man).
I had two fillings, which took under 1hr. This cost $999 (of which my health fund only paid approx $150)
Now I understand that dental work can be expensive, but I think this is beyond excessive.
Though the staff were ok, my dentist did not speak much at all throughout my appointment, which is off-putting as a patient. Unfortunately, she did open her mouth to offer her opinion on the current political situation (we were mid-pandemic) to her assistant in response to the radio. In my opinion, a truly unprofessional move which stood out like a sore thumb because of her silence during the appointment.

Like many people a trip to the dentist is a loathsome affair but a necessary evil.
I saw James for some work ( which was half what I had been quoted at the last place) and decided to switch mine and my sons dental requirements to Smile Solutions.
So yesterday I had a check up and filling fix with Dr Madeline Sinclair.
I have sent this email in appreciation of her " chairside manner" and skill to do the required work and explain the situation.
Even though the bill is always painful it was at least tempered by the fact that the job was done brilliantly and today all is back to normal.

My husband, myself and our daughter are all seen by dentists at Smile Solutions. Their special children's programs is amazing and their dentists are so kind to our little one, they put her completely at ease. Couldn't recommend more.

Such a beautiful practice and lovely staff. Really never mind coming here. I see a hygienist, dentist and orthodontist so the whole works and am really pleased with the service and my results. Never feel like I'm being pushed in to treatment as their focus is preventative dental.

At Smile Solutions, I have had Zoom tooth whitening, my smile came out very white and radiant. I got remarkable results therefore highly recommended.

I had my first treatment in a very long time, i dont even remember the last time i was in a dentist. The team at Smile Solutions made me feel welcome and calm everything was explained to me and i was very pleased.

I'm having invisalign at Smile Solutions, and it is an amazing practice. The orthodontics tower is just beautiful, and all the staff are very friendly. It costs a little bit extra, but that's because you are treated by a Specialist, so it's worth it. So far the treatment has been very easy, much better than braces!

I had been missing one of my back teeth for years. Around the middle of 2014, I decided to do something about it. Researching my options online, I discovered Smile Solutions. I decided to proceed with an implant, and can't speak highly enough of the quality of treatment that I recieved. It really is a one stop shop. I should have done it years ago.
