They recently changed the washers in some very old taps that are just about had it and were dripping. While he was there I also asked him to attend to some other taps (which were not scheduled for that visit). He did them for me, despite never having seen these VERY old taps before. He advised that they are probably about ready for replacement. But they are all fixed and DONT leak.
