Write a reviewStephen Lucas helped me out today. i was a bit nervous getting all the drops in my eyes but Stephen was really considerate&soon made me feel at ease.His manner&that of the staff was wonderful. Stephen answered all my questions clearly&explained every procedure. the staff then helped me choose my frames-again polite,clear&thorough.the receptionist who made my booking the week before was friendly&helpful,ringing Medicare for me too.when i returned for my appointment she was the same again&provided me with a glass of water&a cheerful smile when i asked. i couldn't fault my visit here.atmosphere was calming.i'll be well at ease next time i visit.
