I am the club manager of Anytime fitness and we get our whole gym cleaned including our bathrooms. The quality of service is fantastic. We would definitely recommend them.

I had a vacate clean job done on my rental property and we were very happy with the outcome. The cleaners did a fantastic job in good time and Kendra was very prompt with responding to any queries. I highly recommend them.

I feel so disappointed that only a few months ago I wrote a glowing review, but now am writing this one.

Our cleaner was great, but accidents can happen and a few weeks back, she damaged our bed end quite badly with the vacuum. As I said, accidents happen - I understand, so I contacted the owner of the company to see about insurance and what could be done to rectify the situation.

This was one of the main reasons for using a cleaning company (not just a local Mum or the like) - for the insurance coverage that they have. It gave me peace of mind if anything was to happen.

The owner came and had a look at the bed the day it was damaged and I was impressed by her promptness. She apologised and said that she had spoken to the cleaner, who said she had not noticed she had done it. At no time while the owner was at my house or in subsequent correspondence, did she once say that she didn't think a vacuum could cause the damage.

When I asked her about insurance she said she would be reluctant to claim on hers and asked me to see if my husband could fix it? Fair enough I guess...

The damage was substantial and subsequently, my husband could not fix it, so I let the owner know and told her I could contact some furniture repair companies to see if they could help.

After viewing photos of the damage, two furniture repairers told me that due to the material the bed was made out of, it could not be repaired and that our best option would be to replace the bed (worth $1800 I will point out).

I let the owner know this and her response to me was: "I have checked our insurance and it is a $500 excess. I have also discussed the issue with our solicitor, he has advised that as there is no evidence to prove the condition of the bed prior to the clean and it was not our equipment being used at the time that we are not liable."

Again - at this point, the owner did not question that the vacuum was in fact responsible for this damage.

She did offer 2 free cleans as a good will gesture (worth $75 each), which I did have done. I did not get back to her immediately after this offer was made due to a family member being hospitalised, however, when I did have a spare moment, I emailed the owner to apologise for not getting back to her sooner due to the family issue and to say thanks for the cleans. I did also let her know that I was disappointed with the outcome, as we are still left with a damaged bed. I also mentioned to her that I thought it strange regarding what her solicitor had told her about them not being liable.

Her response to me was that she would no longer be able to provide services to me. I guess one way of handling a problem is to just get rid of it!

So I just wanted to post on here to let people make their own decision about using a company who supposedly has insurance, but yet, according to their solicitor, will actually never be liable for any damage that may be caused, because Sonic cleaners only use YOUR own cleaning equipment.

After things started out so positive with this company, it is a very disappointing way to end.

We take our business very seriously and do not overlook any area of our business. We have Public Liability Insurance to cover us and we have just recently paid a customer $182.20 to have a vacuum cleaner repaired as a new staff member (no longer with our company) vacuumed up water with a clients Dyson vacuum. We offered the client that has posted this review, as a goodwill gesture, 2 free cleans (valued at $150) as we do not feel that a vacuum cleaner could take a chunk out of a bed but we pride ourselves in looking after our clients. We corresponded via email as best in these instances (a visit was made to look at the bed as soon as it happened) as we believe it is best to have everything in writing. We emailed our offer to the client and after no response was received within just under a week I called the client and asked her to call us back. She did not call nor respond to the email. In addition she did not pay for the next two cleans so therefore it was assumed that our offer had been accepted and issue resolved.
Unfortunately this client is not happy and I can assure we have plenty of very happy clients including the lady who had her vacuum repaired at no cost to her and also was given a free clean for the inconvenience.
So please consider our response to this negative feedback.

Not worth getting into it here, but due to very serious family issues, contact with Sonic was not made immediately after the 2 free cleans were offered - something I explained in detail to Sonic.
It is what it is - damage was caused and then a "solicitor says" excuse was given.
Like my review said - you can make your own decision about using the company.

What a relief to talk to Kendra! We've a bad run of house cleaners and when I read the reviews and had Michael appointed as our cleaner I was ready to give him the house key before he'd even started.

The reviews were not wrong, Michael is an exceptional cleaner and terrific to deal with.

While our house is not big, there's not much storage so there's 'stuff' everywhere. Michael picks things up and cleans under them! He's even motivated me to find a place for everything to make his job easier. He actually mops the floors so they are clean rather than 'wave' a mop over them - if I have to put pressure on a mop to clean the floor I'd expect a cleaner to do the same (that was one of my big gripes with previous cleaners).

We've used three other cleaning services (two are some the highest rated on WOMO) but if you want an excellent, good value job on a regular basis give Kendra a call!

Sonic Cleaning provided us a great home cleaning service. The management is very friendly and prompt in response to any queries. The cleaner who works at our home is great, very affable, very efficient and punctual. I highly recommend this service.
