My favourite beauty shop in the city. All the staffs are really nice. Super professional!! They did amazing lashes for me every time. I have been introducing them to all my friends and they are loving them too. Highly recommend.

I had a newbie, she was amazing. I fell asleep as she applied my eyelashes. She was so gentle. I can't wait to go back and get them done again! I had them done 4 days ago and none have fallen out and I can't even feel them. So natural and easy.

Ivana restored my faith in all things eyelashes. I'd had some Russian volume done elsewhere and they were not put on well at all. Ivana gave me a beautiful set of lashes that suit my eye shape. These girls really know their stuff!!

I have had my lashes done 7 times by Julie and she does a fabulous job. When I first went to Sophie's lashes I was unsure of what I wanted and the staff were so helpful and lovely and have been so every time. The salon is so comfortable and the experience is so relaxing. Love my lashes thank you Julie.

The lashes are professionally applied by trained beauticians, management are very friendly, Erin and ivana apply my lashes and today I was so impressed, it is a clean warm and inviting place to relax and be pampered, all care is taken to have good results

i like the place but no bathroom! they didnt seem to know what would be the best lashes for me i had to work it out!

Great customer service and very friendly, but during the lash application my eyes started stinging, and after it was finished they were red. They next day they were still red, and looked even worse. I was not asked before my lash application if I was sensitive and no patch test was done on my skin. I will be coming back for a full refund.

Love love love Sophia's work!

Booked in for semi-permanent eyeliners session initially but Sophia suggested me not to do it cuz I have mono-eyelids it won't look much different on me, and did my eyebrows instead, which turned out perfectly. They really know what to give and do to customers instead of just trying to maximise the profits.

The girls are all friendly and helpful, the whole experience was comfortable and really quick! Thanks girls for a wonderful afternoon, will come back next month and will definitely recommend Sophia's to more friends!

Comfortable and relaxing setting and great quality lashes. I get the 2-3d full set with a senior and I love them. The best place I've found in melbourne for sure. And super easy to book.

LOVED LOVED LOVED!!!! I came here in the beginning of the year and absolutely loved my lashes, I had Miranda who did such a gentle job I fell asleep and woke up with luscious lashes. I think I had a perfect set? and I loved them. This is the first place I have ever done individual lashes and at first I was nervous, I wasn't sure if I was in safe hands but when I arrived and had them done everything was wonderful, I had no reaction just left the place with gorgeous lashes, a happy attitude and a really good first impression! I have just booked for June and I am excited!! Can't wait to do it again!!

Have been going to Sophia lashes for about a year now. Their services are worth every cent. They listen to you and give you just the type of look you are going for and the way they are done look very natural. Not to mention the gorgeous staff are so loverly so it's such a great experience going there and you feel amazing when you get leave and show off your new look!

I have never had my eyelash extensions done anywhere else, however in comparison to other people eyelashes I have seen who haven't gone to Sophia's lashes, they look so natural and don't look tacky . I never feel the need to try other salons. The quality is amazing and the procedure is pain free and very relaxing . Highly recommend to anyone wanting eyelash extensions.

I had my eyeliner tattoo last week. The girls here are lovely. I told Sophia that I really want my eyeliner to be thick. But she said she couldn't do it too thick otherwise they will look too obvious and not natural. I took her advice and they came out very good. I look forward to have my lash extension soon.

I must say been a regular client and Bella never fails me. Had my extensions from another salon during the time Sophia's was under renovation and then came back today for retouch and boy oh boy Bella just does it better! The new cozy place was such a breeze by the way.
