These dim sims are awesome and not at all overrated even though pretty much everybody I know has recommended them at some point. I think they're good value and they taste good whether you have the dim sim steamed or fried. I tend to opt for both.

These really stand up to all the hype and are worth the long lines, which move quickly. Best dim sim I’ve ever had. Available both steamed and fried – both ways taste great.

know what you want in advance so you don’t hold up the queue of drooling dimmy fans. Steamed, deep-fried or doused in soy and chilli sauce.. but i love their dim sims steamed

Our whole family likes their Dim Sims. amazing Chinese street food. very delicious. The crispy spring roll is the best.
They made it a bit bigger than spring rolls sold by other store. Always very crowd there, have to wait in long queue before getting what you want.

Good service and good Authentic products. These products evolve over time. I notice that there is less meat and more filler
thats not meat. The worst ones now are the South Melbourne DimSims sold at various take away shops. They expensive and taste terrible. The freshly cooked south melbourne ones are the best.

Approximate cost: $5

I hear people rave about these Dim Sims all the time and finally gave in and had to try one myself.
I don't understand the fad about these Dim Sims. There is always a massive line during lunch time. And they're just like any other dim sim you get from the fish and chip shop but slightly bigger. I actually prefer the dim sims from the fish and chip shop or home made

Pretty decent dim sims (better than the usual fast food ones) but still overrated around the suburbs. I guess they aren't as good as they were pre-2006, nonetheless they are pretty effective appetite fillers. Worth a visit for nostalgia reasons.

Approximate cost: $1.90 per dim sim

THEY HAVE CHANGED THEM!
South Melbourne Market Dim Sims were the best! They created the dim sim!
But we went there recently and they were smaller and different and no where near as good as they use to be!

Okay .... after hearing of these dim sims and then reading about them how great they are by womo members ... FINALLY i tried them for myself!

YUM!!!!! very delicious and filling, they are a big portion in comparison to the standard dim sims you buy at your local fish n chip shop or frozen at the supermarket.

Definitely a delicious treat every so often, they are freshly cooked and you can taste the difference!
