South West Pets

Picked up some cat food from here. Its a nice store, with items neatly stacked and shelved. A little friendly staff assistance to point me in the right diirection and i was a happy customer. Fairly priced and great quality. I highly recommend South West Pets!

I have been in here many times, and everytime I visit their is also a customer service person who walks over to where ever I am and asked if there is anything they can help me find. I love that they do this as I feel I can ask all questions I have and them be answered correctly. The products are all very well priced, which is why I go there.

This store always has friendly staff who are willing to help. A variety of animals that make you smile. Good value and a big range of everything animal related from chickens to lizards to tropical fish and rabbits. I felt well looked after and received a bonus at the till for being a member of 5% off unexpected and appreciated!

Great service. Staff remembered us after weeks between visits and were quick to help with what we needed. Huge variety of pet supplies at affordable prices. They offer a discount for members too!
