The BMW experience was extremely pathetic. Worst experience EVER, buying a product. I had really high expectations of the customer service, as BMW is known for its brand, reputation, high class. However, didn't feel that way AT ALL. Sales man who didn't how to speak to a customer, definitely needs training on business etiquette first. Then comes product knowledge, followed by sales and after sales service. Treat the people, the same way, you like to be treated. Try to be a good human being first. A seller should explain the features of their products and convince the customer to buy their products. Not the customer should know EVERYTHING about the products. He expected me to know everything about their product before going there. What is he there for? Now I have started hating BMW, when I look at one, on the road, it reminds me the insult and low class treatment at the showroom. Will NEVER buy BMW nor recommend to anyone. Guaranteed.

Went to see them about trading in 2 cars for 1 BMW X5. They loaned me multiple X5s to try and really came to the party when we decided to buy a new one. Marcus Roberts went out of his way to help secure my business and Greg Embleton put together a finance package to match the CBA. Great work guys.

Great dealership what had really helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to go out of their way in assisting with the purchase of my new BMW. Had gone to a few other dealers in Melbourne and werent treated as nearly as well as when I walked into Bib Stillwell BMW. Would definately reccommend it to any BMW owner or potential owner. The executive that assisted me was extremly knowledgeable and great to deal with!
