This is an outstanding car hire company. I have used them more than ten times and have helped me out in many situations including my last trip from the Gold Coast to home. I had an emergency and had to get to my office. The driver was punctual and not only got me to work onetime, took my luggage home at no extra cost. George is an amazing operator and very reliable.

I rang Southern Cross on 7/9/08 to book a car for 5.00 am on Tues. 9/9/08. The drive was to the airport for an international flight. After details were taken, the male I spoke to assured that the car would be outside our home at the designated time. The car did not arrive and a call to Southern Cross resulted in the information that there was no record of the booking. No alternatives were proposed by the company. Good old "Silver Top" came to our rescue, and we managed to get our flight.

We needed to get six people to airport and decided to try a chauffeur car. Excellent service, on time, very, very comfortable people mover. Although it cost a bit more than a taxi fare it was certainly worth it. The chauffeur was also a very nice person
