My service was migrated to this terrible company without any choice. I had almost a month of no internet and was not refunded for the lack of internet, despite my house hold not being able to use the internet and needing to hotspot off our mobiles. I then ended the service, but it was a few days after the monthly payment for the next month was debited. They did not refund for the additional days that they were not providing service. Do not go with this company.

Disgraceful! Charged $59.00 to my mother in law to change her recently deceased husbands phone into her name. No other company does that. She supplied a death certificate which should have been enough to change the Mr R to Mrs D. Only 2 digits needed changing. Not good enough.

I recently started working for this company and I think its great. apart from me working there, I think they provide a great service. they are definitely not the cheapest phone company but in regards to service I think there definitely the best. I like the most that Australian people answer the phones. and we are in a very regional area aswell. southern phone place there customers very highly and respect the fully. would definitely recommend this company. so easy to deal with

I tryed to sign up to a landline and broadband deal with these guys as they would've been perfect for our household but I knew it was too good to be true as I was declined because of a couple of defaults on my credit history. In this day and age a lot of us have defaults.
