Spa Bark Dog Grooming

Very attentive to my senior dog’s needs.

So happy to have discovered Spa Bark!! They did a fabulous job of hand stripping our cairn terrier. He looks fantastic and most importantly, seems to have had a good time!

Wish there was 6 stars to give this business. Have been going there a number of years. I have a 7 year old Cavoodle. As soon as I pull up he knows where he is going and his tail wont stop wagging and he scrambles to the front shop door. That in itself is a 5 star recommendation. Nothing is too much trouble for Linda and her team. Also great for advice, a wealth of knowledge amongst them. Would highly recommend going there.

I am very impressed with Spa Bark I've got a mini schnauzer Mietta and mini dachshund Bella. I've been to a few different dog groomers within the area and by far this is the best cut my schnauzer has had for a long time. Linda and groomers are so friendly and make you welcome.
Would highly recommend Spa Bark, I'm definitely coming back and not going anywhere else these guys are pro's!

Been here once, didn't have a time booked but luckily they had some spare spots within the 30 minutes of me being there, very friendly will be coming back!

Our baby standard poodle went to spa bark for her first bath and clip. She loved it from the moment she got there until I picked her up 30 minutes later which she expressed very noisily. The team groomed her first so that she was in and out and not over whelmed by the experience. Having been back now for her second clip she happily jumped out of the car and trotted inside. Now if only I could replicate this at home!!

I travel from Ballarat to Melbourne once a month to get my 2 STD poodles bathed,clipped and groomed by Melanie and Jess at Spa Bath. The service is amazing! I have driven to Melbourne and back, had the dogs groomed before the local groomer had completed them.
The products the girls use give amazing results on the dogs coats. The cost is also very reasonable and lower than I was being charged locally.

This is the best grooming place I have been to. My terrier loves the girls, always smells beautiful when I pick her up, and is beautifully groomed. My only negative, is that it is more expensive than my own haircut, and needs doing more often! Considering she is left there happily socializing for 3 hours, it's probably actually not so bad. Highly recommended.

I have taken Maddison for grooming at Spa Bark Moonee Ponds since they opened for service.The groomers have exceptional skills in animal care as well as grooming.I have full confidence in leaving Maddy in their care.I especially like the way they allow the dogs to be active and I respect they are genuine animal LOVERS.Thank you Spa Bark for taking care of Maddy.

Spa Bark have lovely staff working there. I always feel comfortable leaving my pup in their safe hands. He loves being able to run around with the other dogs as well. Leaving my dog in a cage has always been traumatic for me, so I really love seeing him play with the others. I also love the cute things they put on the dogs. eg. Gold medal during the Olympics, Bow Tie, bandana, etc. I highly recommend Spa Bark.

Have come here a few times now to have my dog groomed. He doesn't like being left with strangers much but the lovely staff there make sure he is well looked after and he always looks gorgeous when I pick him up.

Wonderful groomers, love taking my 2 dogs there, Mel and Jess do a fabulous job on my Westie and Poodle.
I was recomended to go there by another dog owner and am really happy. Great service and professional advice.

I have been taking my dog to Spa-bark for two years and have always found them to be friendly and very professional. My dog always looks and smells good and she is very happy to attend. She always has a little gift around her neck, a bandana in summer and a scarf in winter . They give very good advice, but some customers don't want to listen to good advice, they want the groomers to do things to the dogs that would hurt the dogs and when the groomers don't agree the customers get huffy and become very rude. Unfortunately there are a lot of these people around and they complain the most .

We tried Spa-Bark after it was recommended to us by friends at our obedience club. At first, we just thought we'd go over there to keep our friend happy (she'd told us we should go over there quite a few times) and we were getting a good job from our current groomer (or so we thought!). We took over our 5 year old Schnauzer and were wrapped when we picked him up. He had never looked so good! It's the best clip he's ever had by far. Heaps better than our old groomer and cheaper. It's takes us 45 minutes to drive there from our place but I think we'd still go there even if it took us 2 hours. Out the back where they do the dogs looked very clean (again better than where we'd been) and the staff were nice a friendly.
Now we find ourselves telling other people to go to Spa-Bark. Highly recommended.

My Maltese goes to spa bark every 4 weeks for a wash and a clip. It has taken me a while to find a groomers that I trust and that do such a good job. My dog gets excited every time she goes through the door. when I pick her up she is always clean and the cut is straight. I find the over all service to be fantastic and the groomers show great attention to detail.

SPA BARK BEST POODLE GROOMER EVER.I was recommended by a poodle breeder ,and they were great. I think some of the girls who work there show poodles.They did a fantastic job.While i was there a man picked up his Schnauzer and it looked devine. I would recommend them defiantly.

I was recommended by my vet to go to Spa Bark . The dogs roam free and play together and the staff do a great job. my dog loves going there its not just the groom it is the whole experience. They always but bows in her ears and make her look so pretty.

I have been taking my dog to this groomer for almost 4 years and have noticed a definite decline in the service, results and value. While the prices keep going up the quality and level of customer service continue to drop. My most recent visit was the last straw, I dropped my dog off and was told to pick her up 4.5 hours later. I rushed back from the city, as I got stuck in traffic and was told when
I arrived that they had not even started my dog. When I very nicely asked why somebody didn't call so that I didn't need to rush back I was told they are VERY busy, I was then approached by a very rude manager who asked me 'what's your problem??' I think this business must have changed hands and they USED to be very good, a little disorganised but very good at what they did.
