I made an appointment with Spa Samsara by phone after buying a package through living social. I got a call 3 weeks before the planned appointment to inform me that the Spa had decided NOT to honour my appointment and would not reschedule me despite the fact that I had already paid. There was no apology - simply an excuse that they did not have the resources to honour the appointment. Frankly, resourcing is their issue and if they can't provide a service that they advertised or lent their name to then perhaps they should close down their business. There are too many spas in Melbourne to waste time with such an unprofessional business.

I came recently and had a facial and massage. The lady that looked after me had a tatoo on one hand that said loving and one on the other arm one that said giving. The philiosophy was her treatments were very giving and caring. I find it quite a norturing salon. The products they use are lovely and natural although a little overpriced to buy.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty - the atmosphere was so relaxing and the therapist (who had an idealic Irish accent was sensational. The treatment was given to me as a present and it was like being transported to heaven!!

I received very good service and had a remedial massage which was very effective in giving relief to my aching body. Also it was very relaxing and i felt great after it.

I LOVE SPA SAMSARA. The staff are really friendly and always calls you the day before. They are great and will always go back to them and would never go anywhere else.

this place is officially my favorite spa .. this business has ethical staff and they explain a range of treatments they offer, from which we choose .. its a great place to forget all your problems and just plain relax ..

The serenity of this centre is AMAZING...from the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel very special. You are offered fresh herbal tea and a great biscuit and your therapist introduces herself and explains your treatment to you.....They offer so many different treatments it would be impossible to name them all here...but I had a "Total Care" package which included a spa and total massage from my neck down to my toes! Sylvia was FANTASTIC!!
