Lovely spa and staff. Had waxing done here and the staff were experienced and did a great job. Im yet to try any other services but might poo in for a massage as they seem very reasonably priced. The inly issue I faced was making the initial appointment as I had to ring a few times to gwt through and speak to someone. Other than that I was very happy with the service.
One of the best massage / treatments I have ever had, very friendly service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back for another pamper session

Highly trained expereinced staff at this establishment. Would recommend visiting especially for any waxing or skin concerns. Brazilian was fast and thorough and my skin concerns finally heard for once - not about a quick sale here.

Ok I still opted to buy a voucher even though I did read the reviews on womo - I believe everyone is to be given an opportunity to prove ones self. Im glad I did nothing short of being exceptional would return to this spa without hesitation. Very sad to see those select few - trying to give this establishment a bad wrap, obviously nothing better to do with ones time - Keep up the fantastic offers and service Sparadise

Very disappointing experience for myself and my friends.
Bought vouchers online and it was nearly impossible to book / honour the vouchers. Such a bad way of doing business - definitely not impressed and have not been there since. Will not recommend this business to others even though they are paying to be on the Happy Customers Program!!

Please note the only way a voucher is not honoured would be due to it expiring and in most cases - we are more than happy to offer a short extension should you not be able to use it by the required time. To be honest, I also believe that WOMO should probably exercise more caution in selecting the businesses who become part of their Happy Customers Program. Although I agree that this is a scheme / method used to keep WOMO alive (you need a few paying customers to be able to maintain the website etc) I also believe that businesses who are part of this program and who are achieving 1/2/3 star ratings should be removed from this fee-paying advertising method. It sounds fair and ethical to only keep 4-5 star businesses. What's the point of me visiting a competitor page (not part of the paying advertising campaign) where they have 4 or 5 star rating, and having a cross-advertisement pop up promoting a paying business with 2 star overall rating - I am sure WOMO will agree this does not make much sense! I am new to this website and I enjoy real feedback from real customers
I bought some vouchers for Sparadise and did not receive what was paid for. I made appointments but on the day the appointments were not recognised. Phone calls were unreturned and emails were ignored. When I finally managed to make another appointment the only dates available were past the voucher expiry date, so the voucher was not honoured.

If vouchers where not honoured you where able to go back to the deals site in question and get a full refund ? Looking forward to rectifying this for you
Dear Business Owner, why are you looking forward to rectifying this problem now? Why not when the problem was current with messages and emails at the time? Do you honestly think that being able to "get a full refund" makes up for it.....oh yes "if it is for someone special and you don't want the run around" what a ridiculous thing to say!! By the way, I hear your business is for sale, hope you get your just desserts, karma always gets you in the end.
It was Devine, best treatment ever, staff were very friendly. I would recommend this Day Spa to anyone.

I have reported this rating to WOMO. I am sure that everyone can see that this user's comment (suzanneh10) is hard to believe, given that there is only one review.. Either a fake profile created just to save the business, or a person who has never experienced real customer care in their life!
Myself and 2 friends went to the Canning Vale salon and had 3 wonderful hours of pampering by 3 very professional, very competent ladies. We'll be recommending them to all our family and friends and we will definitely be going back!
