Always do an amazing job and lovely staff!

I’ve been coming here for 6 years now. Lisa and her team do such a great job and always do a fantastic job. I’ve moved down to the coast and still come in to get a pedicure! Would highly recommend

I have been going to this salon for the last 3-4 years. Lisa and the girls are all really lovely, efficient and I am always happy with the service that I receive. I get my nails done regularly with SNS and the pedicures are a lovely relaxing way to spend an hour.

This place is so fun to get your nails done at. Staff are really friendly and it was an enjoyable experience.

Wasn't happy with this nail salon at all. Nails started to chip within a few days of treatment. Prices aren't cheaper either, they are at the higher end. When I wanted to get the problem rectified staff wouldn't even listen to what I said. Very poor service.

I got a full set of acrylic nails done here a week ago and they are already all chipped and lifting. I paid $50. I wasn't happy and I've never had this happen before my a full set always lasts at least 2 weeks. I went back here today to ask them to fix them and she said she would have to charge me to get them refilled! No thanks!
I just walked out. Won't be returning

This is by far my favourite nail salon anywhere in Melbourne, and I've tried quite a few.. the staff are gorgeous, friendly without being annoyingly chatty, helpful and genuinely nice. They remember when my sister and I come in, and know our mum too - I recommend them to everyone, and have never had a bad experience. That's more than I can say for most other nail salons. The service and quality here is consistently good, and I've had enough great manicures from this place that I'm going to stop hedging by bets by going to other places.

I only ever get shellac manicures, and I've had probably 7 or 8 from Sparkling Diamond. I've always been really happy with the results, and with the attention to detail they do with manicures. My nails always look perfect and even, and I've never had a messy or rushed job, or come out of hte salon and realised that I've got top coat covering part of my finger which will mean it starts peeling in a day or so.

I've had both express and full manicures, and both are great value. They are happy to fit you in at lunch time even when really busy, and are open all weekend too. I've seriously been to so many nail salons around the CBD and the inner north, but for every good manicure you get, there's a crappy one too. I've actually added Sparkling Diamond to womo because I'm so appreciative of them that I want to spread the word. It's so good to know that you're definitely going to get nice nails, instead of just hoping for that!
