They are very accommodating. after they was done I know strait away that my carpet's was sparkling clean and smells so clean and fresh. I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone they even clean a old recliner that was heavily soiled and now it looks almost new again.

Chris, who turned up for the job, was punctual, friendly and very proficient with the job. The end result was very satisfactory and absolutely value for money. The receptionist got my booking time wrong three times via email so I thought it best that I reconfirm the day before. She was very rude about it and didn't offer any apologies. I made mention that this is not great customer service. To my astonishment, on the day of the job and 2 hours prior to the appointment, I received an email from Paul saying that he is cancelling the job without prior warning and refuses to do any jobs in future. He stated that his receptionist who is also his daughter said that I was abusive. It is laughable because all I said was this is not great customer service. Pretty drastic a measure if your customers are met with an incompetent receptionist who can't even take down the correct booking time. Very unprofessional and truly disappointing.

I received my carpets cleaned & repaired, couch & rug clean & grout for the entire house. Each job was done with care, passion & patience. With reasonable prices & friendly service I would easily recommend Paul's Complete Carpet Care.

We had our couches cleaned. With 3 young children (including pen artwork!) I never thought they could come up so well. The service was great and they even left a carpet care spot cleaner package and took the time to explain how it works. Very reasonable cost. 100% happy customer.

I have just had my whole house cleaned by Chris from Paul's complete carpet care, and I am very happy with the result. I was impressed with their professionalism from the first contact I had with the office staff right through to having the carpets cleaned. The office staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient , by the time I got off the phone and opened my email all the info was there. Chris arrived on time took the time to go through everything with me and explained everything well. I had both my couches steam cleaned that were filthy from having two little toddlers. The end result was like we had new couches. We were absolutely thrilled.Chris who came over to do the work was lovely and my kids took a real liking to him. The price was very reasonable and I would fully recommend using this company. Carpets cleaned upstairs and downstairs, there was plenty of ground in dirty areas especially around the doors as we have plenty of mud coming in on our boots. I personally find it makes huge difference when you have someone who has knowledge of what he is doing and can communicate just what the job entails and can give you advice etc. We will not hesitate to get Paul in again.

Paul was very knew his stuff. My carpets were over 9 years old and have never been professinaly cleaned (we had used the supermarket carpet cleaner once or twice), the carpets came up looking absolutely fantastic and stains from pets & children are now gone. Paul was also able to give me information on keeping new carpets at our new house clean. Would recommend Paul in an instant and will never use the supermarket carpet cleaners again!

2 carpets cleaned. One carpet was really dirty, black stained, dusty. Paul explained me that it is polypropylene carpet, he has applied stronger solution and tried his level best to remove the stain and he had successfully removed most of the stain it is just shadowing mark left behind. I am satisfied with the service.

We purchased a largish 4 bedroom 2 storey house with an old and dirty shag pile throughout (including stairs). Paul did a great job, on time, on budget and very professional set up. Dried quickly so we could move in within 2 days. He mentioned that it probably only had a couple of years left in it after I described our renovation plans (so he is experienced enough to be able to provide additional useful advice). For just under $400 it was money well spent. Would definitely use again.

I needed a reliable professional carpet cleaner, especially because my daughter has allergies. We just moved into our house and her room had a weird smell. According to the real estate agent the carpet had just been cleaned. I asked Paul complete carpet care to have a look at it and clean it if needed. He (Chris) came exactly on time with a lot of equipment, the real professional stuff in terms of water temperature, steam power etc, it was a truck full of stuff. Chris did a very good job.
