i was disappointed i had to ring to find out if my glassed were ready. Then two hours after i picked them up get a message to say they were there.
I did not get the soft case I normally get as they said there were none and got no lens cloth or cleaner.
Disappointed in this visit

First got glasses in 2018 my wife had used this branch earlier.
Its so confusing you get seen by as many a 5/6 different people along the assembly line.
Once you see an optician they are very professional. That's about the only good thing I can say about this store.
on both occasions of getting new glasses we had to return them as the lens was not measured properly.

Khang was my optometrist. Right from the start he wanted to help me, not just play around. It was like he was determined I would get some sort of help with my sight. I told him how my eyesight came to be, the issues coming with it, and the problems I'm having, how worried I was overall. He's amazing, so caring, I could have hugged him.

I had a cracking headache that day which was effecting my eyesight and decision making, so Lilli basically chose my frames for me- even knew the correct style/colour best for me. She was spot on and fast and EVERYONE I know has loved my glasses and how well they suite me. Lilli- thank you for all your support and being honest about which style suits me.

Leanne- i basically walked in and out getting my glasses!! A week later that is!!!! I was stunned i got them so fast. You were so lovely in greeting me and wasted no time in setting me up.

Great customer service, needed my glasses tightened and the staff were really friendly and helped me out. Even gave them a clean for me.

I have used this outlet over past 5 years. I have put up with very average service until today. If you even 1 min late for an appointment regardless of being a regular customer and because you are trying to find a park to get to your appointment they don't care. Simply they book appointments on top of appointments. On one and the only time ever I was late by 10 mins I was told sorry we can't see you today. 10 mins FFS!!!!!. How many times they have made me wait considerable time without saying the slightest sorry after being at appointments on time is amazing yet this one time!!!!! Ask to see owner to be told by manager only first name and he comes in sometime during week. No help to provide other details. For a previously loyal customer you lost me and my family and any one else I know goes there. Better of finding a real optometrist. These guys are just another no service high volume cheap franchise who only care about how many glasses you can buy. They have no belief in regular clients or providing ongoing high service to them. I will now try to speak with owner so will try and see how many times I can drop in to see if he is there. Bad service and bad time management by appointment taker who books optometrist appointments with no gap between patients. I would hate to see their schedule if optometrist got held up with a patient. Bet it would be a different story then but doubt they would apologise if that happened either. My only advice to them is don't book appointments on top of each other and leave some space to avoid dissapointing customers.

My daughter had opperation on eyes at younge age. When moving here I took my daughter to get her eyes tested (routine for her after opp), was told she needs glasses to watch TV, in class reading, on the computer etc. We recieved the current deal at the time on lenses.

2 years later, when moving back to home town, took daughter to family optometrist only to find out she has NO VISSION PROBLEMS. and DOES NOT require glasses!

RIP OFF! Go to a recomended optometrist stay clear of ones offering things like 2 for 1 deal, they tell you you need them when you dont.

Awesome value for money. Great service, the ladies are very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to save on optical.

have to say im pretty happy i got my glasses fast and with no out of pocket cost the staff were so nice i have to say that everyone i met that worked there were super friendly overall im happy and will be going back!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, appointments ran on time, and the sales staff went out of their way to ensure we got the best value from our health fund!

I can't say I'd recommend the 2 for 1 deal, the value is no better than if I purchased 2 pairs at normal price elsewhere. Service is good, staff friendly but the final cost and quality wouldn't see me returning.

My husband recently needed new glasses and I was able to make an appointment for him via the internet. When came the time for the appointment there was no waiting and he was attended to immediately. When came the time for him to choose his lenses and frame, he was encouraged to pick what he wanted. Consequently he is very happy with his new glasses.

I was approached by a salesperson who asked if they could help. After an eye test the sales lady helped me select several different frames & then helped me select the 2 I wanted. They explained the process quite clearly & advised that I was able to layby the frames.
