I've been here twice for dinner with large groups of people and I thought it was quite good. Last time I went there they came and took the orders as soon as we were ready and the food was served in a reasonable amount of time. The service was not too good with the drinks though - we ordered some at the table and they took half an hour to arrive, but you could go up to the bar and get them instead which was quicker. We had two tables and unfortunately they were way too close together, it was really hard to get up out of your seat at all.

Sporties is well known for a pub with all the BIG sporting events televised. They also have a bistro whilst the food is nice it is a little over priced for a pub meal environment. The environment is lovely and especially during a big match
