I wouldn't recommend them.
I purchase two items online with them last Saturday and Sunday. I received confirmation of order emails. They state that they'll contact the purchaser with details on when to pick up your purchaches within 2-3 days of payment being confirmed. PayPal confirmed that they were paid immediately, and my account in my membership section on their website confirmed that payment had gone through within a few hours.
So I waited. I received no pick up email, so I sent an email asking for an update. Got no response. I sent another email. This was all after waiting the three days. No response.
Then, six days later, I get notification from Paypal that I have a refund for the first purchase. Still nothing from Sportsmart. I imagine, as they were shoes, they were sold at the shop between my purchase and them bothering to try to fill my order. I'm still waiting for any response from them. Any response!

Weird story: the "rotund" white haired guy who runs the tennis section rang me up out of the blue and told me, in an aggressive tone, to return a racquet I had demoed or he would charge me the price of the stick. I had taken a racquet out for a few days of hitting over six months previously and returned it promptly. He became increasingly irate until he was shouting at me and basically accusing me of theft that he had my credit card number and was going to charge me for the price of the racquet. I asked him to read me the last 4 digits of the card he had. It was not my card. I said charge as much as you want, not my problem. Eventually he hung up muttering and spluttering. No apology or any acknowledgement at all of his utter rudeness or that it was his stuff up. He knows nothing about tennis and a lot less about customer service. I still shop there when I'm stuck but I never go into the tennis section now. Brighton Sports for my re-strings from now on.

This shop is the cheapest for sports equipment and clothing, believe me I have compared them all. They have an excellent range and our soccer club has a sponsorship program so we get a small discount which makes it even more worthwhile to visit. Great for those growing kids sports shoes and any gear you need for their chosen sport. Staff are busy but are always helpful and obliging when located and always pleasant at the front counter.

This showroom is huge and conveniently divided into sections and filled with sportswear though despite it's size it's kind of cramped in some places, I almost always usually end up turning into a rock of soccer shorts! Staff are friendly though tend to keep to themselves.

It's a great store and has a wide range of sporting equipment. The range of clothing is big and sporting gear is amazing.

A great store to pick up bargain sporting goods or apparel, especially during one of their sales, sometimes it is busy so it is hard to get help from them, so i suggest go mid week when its a bit quiter

Sportsmart is a shop full of everything you can thing of that is worn or used in sport. There is many different types of sport clothing, sport foot wear and sport equipment. The people there are friendly and always willing to help. The store is very big so sometimes it can be hard to find what you want.

great range of sporting goods so you are sure to find what you are looking for. Had very helpful salesperson assist me and was very happy with my purchase.

Have been there on a number of occasions for diffrent sporting items.Prices are competitive and there are often bargains to be had but standard of service can vary greatly.

I went in looking for a tennis raquet. I was helped by a friendly staff member who helped my choose the right one for me quickly and easily. I will definitely come back again.
