Overall - very good.
Perhaps wait a little while before clearing empty plates - hadn't swallowed last mouthful and waiter was removing plates.

I rate the Ballarat Steakhouse as Excellent.
Although our booking through dimmi did not go through, the front staff were polite and managed to make room for us. Our meals were fantastic as always and I would recommend The Steakhouse to anyone. Next time I would book direct through The Steakhouse and not dimmi.
