A great little market which runs every Saturday. I used to go here a lot, but don't find the time to these days. However, when I do, I always find something to buy, and they have a lot of great food stalls too! Bring cash, there aren't many places to get cash out!

Approximate cost: $20

I have been to this market once with my family when we decided to go for a early drive to somewhere different.

We just loved the fact that the Market is out in the middle of a very small township and the people there are friendly and welcoming.

There is lots of homemade things to buy and not a lot of unecessary used stuff like you find at a lot of markets.

Relax, unwind and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere that is St Andrews Market. We can always find unique presents for ourselves and others and all the local stall holders enjoy a chat and give you the impression that they are privileged you have bought some of their crafts. Takes me back to the 70's!

A divine way to spend a Saturday morning. You never know what you will find here, and the characters are as colourful as the hippy clothes they sell! You can even get a haircut and there's pony rides for the kids. I recommend the vegie spring rolls - probably the best I've tasted!

St Andrews Market is an eclectic mix of stalls selling 2nd hand clothes, handmade goods, fresh produce, yummy foods, pony rides, massures & palm readers and its all set among the gums trees just 40 mins from the city. I have been going to this market as a stall holder (Silver Addict) for the past 2 years and never have 2 markets days been the same. The market now attracts people from different backgrounds, but its hippy roots can still be seen with the drumming and dancing in the late afternoons.
The market happens every Saturday from 8 am till 2 pm, but its best to get there early to get a close park and to have time to have a good look around. After a long day at St Andrews Market I would highly recommend a brew at local the local pub, conveniently located accross the road.
