One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time! I’ve been going there for the last three years for pedicures but the service has sadly deteriorated significantly. The young girl, with very long nails, who was assigned to me today rushed through the motions while talking loudly in her own language to her colleagues - who all participated in their ongoing conversation just as loudly - very insensitive and unprofessional. She hardly paid attention to what she was doing, cut into my big toe and tended to the bleeding without any excuse. $60 later I left very disappointed because this salon is in such a great location.

Approximate cost: $60

Consistently rude. Almost without exception, and I have been going for years!! (Why?? you might ask) Convenience. Today there wasn’t a polite staff member amongst them and the one doing my nails bordered on aggressive. Since the last manager left it has got filthy. So unhygienic. Time to move on I think.

Approximate cost: $50

Pedicures from here are delicious. I can't get enough. So relaxing and great selection of colours are available as well. Great way to unwind!

I would not recommend the salon - rushed service and cranky staff. Not worth the money - go else where!!! I raised my concern and was ignored by staff - made every effort to be polite and they showed no interest.

Approximate cost: $43

I always go here to get my nails done. I really like the service since the staff are very friendly. I think they are quite good at doing manicures however I have never tried out getting a pedicure (I'm sure they quality would be just the same though!).

Good pedicures as they use hot stones they run over your legs and massage. It's really quite lovely and makes you feel spoilt! <3

I really like getting pedicures here. It's a little bit on the expensive side but they have a good selection of colours and they give you a hot stone massage on your legs. It's lovely!

It is a really nice place to get your nails done and all the people are really nice. They are also really good at doing nails. The only problem is that they are a little pricey

Not the best value but I enjoy the pedicures here. They rub hot stones over your legs which feels so good! Good selection of colours and they use OPI nail polishes :-)

I've been a regular customer here for a few months and although it's expensive the end result has usually been good for gel nails. Pedicures are extremely bad value with a very half-hearted exfoliation and massage. The customer service is not usually great but yesterday was in a different league of bad. The receptionist, who I assume is also the supervisor, was clearly out of sorts (as she often is) and took it out on me. She barely made eye contact with me and issued peremptory commands; "put your hand under the heat", "swap your hands over" all spoken in a cold and almost angry voice. I certainly was not made to feel like a valued customer who was giving her my business. I feel sorry for the owner as I am sure he or she cannot be aware of this behaviour, which must drive away a lot of existing and potential clients. I will not be going back.

Approximate cost: $40

I'm a bit disappointed too. I think they are overpriced
