young technician Ben came to do my carpet today, ahead of schedule and eager to get started he was very friendly and helpful, not only did he do a excellent job getting rid of all those frustrating stains but he was super friendly in the process, customer service 5 star, actual job 5 star. will defiantly be using again and referring with nothing but unequivocal words.
Floor cleaning. Albert the technician was professional, courtesy, very helpful and prompt. The work was done above and beyond my expectations, would recommend them to anyone and will use them again myself again and again. Job well done, thank you very very much!!!

Cleaned a carpet that my daughter had covered in make-up, thought we would have to replace it but they got 90% off it out, also cleaned a lounge carpet & a lounge suite that cam up like new.

"I moved house last year and got these guys in to give the new one a thorough going over before we moved in. I was lucky that it was pretty clear but they did some preventitive spraying, anyway

Crappy domestic supermarket carpet cleaners had left a toxic stain of pure evil. Alan from Stain Busters did everything possible in a very honest and efficient fashion.

Unfortunately there is a belief that all carpet cleaners etc are the same, they really aren't. In fact there are Australian and NZ standards set which we are part of them. Recently had my lounge room,hallway & 3 bedrooms steam cleaned by this company. This was the first time we tried stain busters & won't be the last. Quality work, a friendly face & standard carpet cleaning prices.

I had a guy named Troy come out and clean my carpets. He was amazing did such a thorough job and was very friendly. The price was so good, only $95 for two rooms, plus a huge lounge and dining room. Was great. very happy customers.

We can only train them to work to our procedures but when they come across as enuinely very friendly and helpful that is their personality coming through. This you can't train.
