Stain Busters Carpet Cleaning

Terry is the go to man for proper carpet, tile and bench top cleaning and is very passionate about getting the best results for his customers. Cannot recommend his services enough as he really is the best and also such a super nice guy. We have used his services numerous times and will continue to do so as he always delivers on what he says he will do every time and doesn't let us down. Having rental properties and having Terry clean up properly before renting out again is a must have service for landlords like us who want their property put back to a satisfactory standard when needed.
We were so lucky to find Terry by a tenant who rented out a property from us for 6 years and was very meticulous in who she used for cleaning everything on her vacate.
She advised us that after a lot of research Terry was recommended as the best in the business. The carpets looked amazing after Terry cleaned them (they were new when the tenant moved in) so I asked for his details and from there on in would never use anyone else when I can. He comes in and cleans up the
stains and other messes that others have left behind on numerous times where the tenants have used other companies so we have hired him to fix up afterwards to make good for us. Just see all the other 5 star reviews and it is obvious he has very happy customers. The reviews in our opinion speak volumes over the years on Terrys services and we all know when you find someone that good you want to spread the word to let people know about a good carpet cleaning service amongst other cleaning of certain items.

Very thorough! He easily removed pet stains that previous carpet cleaners could not. Super helpful and informative and he gave us a helpful poster at the end to help remove stains in future. Definitely worth the slightly higher price compared woth others we've had.

My mum got herself new lounge chairs so she sent me her old ones from Port Hedland, if you have ever been to Port Hedland the Red Dirt is bad and it stains everything. Well Terry came in and did an excellent job removing almost to all the Red Dirt out of the couches. One happy customer here thanks Terry you're the man.

Found Stain Busters online after searching for someone to come out and remove the pet stains for our end of lease inspection. Another company tried to remove the stains prior but were only able to remove about 50%. Terry answered my call straight away and was able to come out the following day. Terry explained the process behind his method of cleaning and was able to remove the stains. Recommended 100%

I spilled bright red nail polish on white, wool carpet in my rental apartment. Stain busters came by straightaway (even though he was fully booked that day. He still dropped by to have a look and do emergency job for me). He came back few days later and finished the job for me. All the stains gone now! I am really happy with the service and grateful for his caring attitude. Highly recommended for anyone who has issues with their stained carpet.

Wow! I have 2 year old carpet in my apartment that has seen 2 tenants and 2 "professional" cleans. Yet it was covered in stains in the walkways as well as some colourful food spillage stains. I was considering recarpeting or going floorboards. The last carpet cleaner (Clean and dry carpet cleaning Malaga ) did a dry clean a few days ago citing that the stairs meant a steam clean was not possible. They said they did their best with the stains. Apparently Terry operates in a different stratosphere, he did both and with experience proficiency. He is obviously passionate about carpet cleaning and my carpet looks like new. The hype is real. Don't waste your time with the posers. I highly recommend Terry and Stain Busters.

I had Quick Dry Carpets & Upholstery out just over a year ago to clean our lounge suite. The first technician didn't seen to remove any dirt so I called their boss to let him know. He came out the next day and the lounge actually looked worse-he said it was the pill of the fabric. I was given Stainbusters details when I went to buy a new suite and Terry came out & agreed the material was in a bad way. Terry did a patch test and the results were great so we had the whole suite cleaned and it looks like new. I couldn't be any happier with the service and results. Thanks Terry !!

I found this carpet cleaning service purely by accident. I had a very bad vomit stain in my daughters room which had already been cleaned and was told it would never come out. Decided to give another company a go and I'm glad I did. Terry the business owner was very helpful and confident that we would get the results. I will definitely be using this company again. The last couple of times we have had other people clean the carpets and were not impressed, but in early June my son gave me Terry's number i can not be more impressed with the results, every stain came out and the carpets came up like new even though they are 9 years old and made for rental propertys. Very very impressed with Terry, arrived on time and did the job in a timely fashion, recommed to all.

A whole tin of beetroot spilt on tan carpet = disaster. After Terry had put in 110% effort, you can no longer see it. So happy!

I had Terry out to clean the carpets of our big 4 x 2 home that has carpet throughout. The carpets were disgusting when we moved in and looked as though no clean on earth would ever bring them back, in addition to there being paint stains in almost every room where they have painted without masking, but I can honestly say that today I have witnessed a miracle! They are so much better and almost spotless with the exception on some burns that have melted it in some places. I highly recommend Terry's professionalism, can do attitude, and complete commitment to his business. He is a Carpet guru and I won't be going anywhere else! I met Terry today to get a quote for an intensive clean on a very large 4 x 2 home. Terry is fantastic! Super professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to really explain the process to me, showed me the equipment he uses, and why it gives a better level clean on the kind of carpet I have. He also gave me some fantastic advice on how to stop similar stains in the future. I booked him immediately and was so impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, and very, very reasonable pricing. Terry removed tea residue stains after we had tried a number of different methods.
My advice is do not buy the supermarket products as they will ruin your carpets but call terry who will provide a good service and do his best to carefully remove all stains. Would definitely recommend.

I called Terry about a stain removal. He was very helpful, and said he would be able to do it.

The stain was from a red drink - it did not come out with our own efforts, as it had already set in.

Terry arrived on time, tackled the stain, no sign of it anymore. This was the kind of ugly carpet stain that you'd think would be sitting there forever, but he did the job, and we are very pleased.

I was very happy with the results of my carpet clean, Terry did a great job, he arrived on time, he is a very nice polite man, will call him again for future carpet cleaning.

Our carpets were well overdue for a clean and had some stains we struggled to remove. Terry arrived right on time, was very pleasant and most importantly had our carpets looking fantastic. Definitely recommend his services and will be using him again in future.
