I am a very fussy and sceptical consumer so to trust someone cleaning my very expensive carpets was going to be tough. Brownie points went to Terry after my initial telephone enquiry with his thorough and professional advise so I put my faith in him and gave the task of removing honey from my carpet!!! Terry did an outstanding job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have an acute attention to detail and I was very impressed with Terry's care taken in my home and final results. I am not one usually to take the time to review products and/or services however I have no hesitation in promoting a business proprietor of such high standards and I wish Terry ongoing business success as it is well deserved. Our carpet in the lounge room and master bedroom were badly stained and generally dirty from our two boxer dogs and general traffic. Terry came to our house, gave his honest opinion and was confident he could help us. He successfully removed the stains and did an amazing job with the general cleaning of the carpets. After spilling nail polish all over the couch and carpet, I was getting desperate to hide the evidence before my parents returned home. Terry was able to help me under short notice, even though the stain had been there for a week. He was extremely professional and has exceptional customer service skills - a very friendly guy. The stain is completely gone, and Terry was a life saver! I also appreciated the chart he gave, to help me deal with stains in the future. He made a stressful situation run as smoothly as it could, with the best possible result. Hopefully there won't be any more spills in the future but if there is, I know I will be calling Terry straight away!

We have used Terry twice to clean our carpets. Last week we called him in panic after our Staffie was sick overnight and made an enormous mess of our relatively new carpets. Thanks to his sound advise and making himself available to come and clean the carpets the next day, they are spotless. I still cannot believe my eyes. He truly does an excellent job. He comes highly recommended.

Terry came and cleaned our heavily stained carpets last week - we were thinking we would need to replace the carpet. He was very efficient, punctual and friendly. We have two sofas and a rug that although didn't look dirty, they hadn't been cleaned since they were purchased four years ago. They were starting to smell a bit and weren't sure who to get in to clean them. Stain Busters were recommended to us by my sister and we were very pleased with the service that Terry gave. He turned up when he said he would and did a very thorough job. He showed us how dirty the water was even though the furniture didn't look unclean. All smells have been banished and we are very happy with the result, so much so that we have asked Terry to come back and clean the tiling through the living area, laundry, bathroom and toilets. Looking forward very much to seeing a big improvement.

Prepping our house to get ready for sale we wanted and excellent carpet clean to breathe life into 12 year old carpets that have coped with renters for 2 years and a number of moves. I had carpets cleaned over the weekend they were stained with fake tan, all of it was removed using a better technique then any other carpet cleaning company I've used before.

Last week I had my couches cleaned by Terry from Stain Busters Carpet Cleaning. My expensive couch was in a pretty bad way from spills over the years. Having had it cleaned once before by a different company I was not holding much hope for it coming up very good but figured I would give this company a go in the hope of getting a couple more years out of it before having to buy a new one. I cannot believe how well it came up! The couch is almost like new again! The stains are gone. I no longer need to hide portions of it under blankets. Trust me - do not bother with shopping around - this is the company for you. They actually do a thorough clean! I could not be more happier with the results (my husband and family were equally surprised at how wonderful the couches look). Highly recommend!

Difficult stain removal from a carpet in a rented property. Terry was honest from the start about the results the result we could expect and the cost. We would only pay for the call out fee if he couldn't completely remove the stain. In the end the result was better than expected.

Terry is very passionate about his work. He cleaned all carpets in our home (5 bedrooms and 2 lounge rooms). We had various stains from our 3 children and he had them looking brand new. He also gave us some handy tips on treating and preventing stains. I would highly recommend him to others and we will definitely be calling on him again.

Terry removed many bright pink lipstick stains from my carpet - he came on a Sunday, did a fantastic job (better than expected) for a very reasonable price and he is a really nice person!
