Nathan provided an excellent service. He was prompt, very pleasant and meticulous in cleaning our hallway and bedrooms which had become very grubby and spot cleaning just didn't work.
The carpets are now totally stain free and beautiful. He did a great job.

I've been using Stainbusters in Canberra for over ten years. They've always done a brilliant job but Nathan outdid himself today. Our 3 year old twins and 10 month old had really giving the carpets a hiding but Nathan worked hard to make them like new. I love these guys. They have helped me out at short notice for a pet 'incident' on more than one occasion, even on a Sunday night once. Today it was only a matter of hours before they showed up. Carpets are never all wet like other carpet cleaners either and much cheaper than dry cleaners.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning by Clinton. He was very polite and arrived a few minutes early (which was great ). Very happy with the finished results. He placed protectors around corners and on furniture corners so the hose would not damage, so we can not fault his attention to detail. Very good value for an excellent job. We engaged Stain Busters to try to remove a large four day old red wine stain from wool carpet. We were unsure of potential outcome but the result could not have been better. No trace of stain remains.

Nick was punctual, professional and polite and worked wonders on our lounge suite- managing to get out a blood stain which i thought was immovable. The seat is no longer for the tip!
